A 50-minute, center-floor workout designed to build strength, stability, and control. Using dumbbells, bands, Pilates props, and your own body weight, we focus on full-body strength, balance, core, and mobility. Movements are slightly slower than Signature, giving you the option to work with light, medium or heavier weights for an added challenge.
